**Chef Alayah**

Chef Alayah - Our daughter Chef Alayah is and will be the heartbeat, creative inspiration, and future of Bistro 8150’. Starting humbly as a dishwasher at the age of 16, her food journey began at Georgetown’s 7 Gables Resort Restaurant and Bar. Riding her snowmobile or driving a 23,000 pound military 6x6, she navigated a 10 mile trail daily to find her calling in the fast pace high drama world of food preparation. Chef Alayah’s 96 week crash course of life in a adult world during Covid mixed with a business under new ownership caused a once in a lifetime experience . Drama, stress, lack of employees, intoxicated guests, ever changing menus, and unique management styles created a learning environment under fire that most chefs wouldn’t ever experience. Chef Alayah feeling the need for growth in her new interest in food excepted a new job. The MontanaClub appreciating that short but tough learning curve, decided to give her the chance to learn the most extensive menu served in Montana. Chef Alayah has now begun a professional educational journey in the art of food preparation receiving training under the many watchful eyes of the seasoned Chefs that toil daily for the MontanaClub restaurant franchise.

Where ever Chef Alayah’s future takes her long or short, she has made a solid commitment to the development and future ownership of Bistro 8150’. Her professional culinary journey at the age of 18 has just begun, with hard work and dedication Chef Alayah knows plating food at Bistro 8150’ is her ambitious goal.
